The staff at Fireside was incredible. Lovely on the phone and in person. Great Job!
We stayed in Striking Waters in our recent visit to Pigeon Forge. While there are some "worn" factors to the house the pros way out weigh any concerns we had. The kitchen is gorgeous, wait a second I should just say the pictures represent the house perfectly. The only thing I would clarify here is the jacuzzi tub. It is in the master bath and it is massive. If you have any physical issues you will not be able to use this tub for any purpose. It is the main bath/shower for the master bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms up and one down. The game room was impressive. Again the only negative wa there were only 2 usable pool cues out of seven. It rained the entire time we were there so we were unable to use the putt putt game on the porch. The property was not far off the main strip which made it convenient.
We tried several "new to us" restaurants on this trip and we all said we were not disappointed. We ate at the Old Mill Restaurant, Mel's Dinner (not the one closest to the house...the one beside Publix), and one in Dollywood (Aunt Granny's).
It truly was a great stay. One we will always remember. We will use Fireside again and stay at Striking Water.
