We had a great stay in pigeon forge! Timber tree lodge was perfectly located to all the amenities and was easy to access Gatlinburg. The unit was clean and had all of the supplies we needed -although we weren’t there a whole lot because there was so much entertainment around us! We’ll definitely stay with fireside in the future!

First off I would like to say that Fireside Chalets always does the very best and customer service is top notch.... My wife and I took her 90 year old mom with us on this trip because of her being older I was able to find the perfect cabin..( Magnolia Cottage) it was very easy for her to get up the only 2 steps to the front door and she had her own bedroom and bathroom downstairs which was Wonderful according to Ma. ...it felt like being at home and we really enjoyed our stay and location .... Again I have stayed in the Pigeon Forge Tn area and had the opportunity to deal with this company for 30 years and I can honestly say that I have tried different cabins and sizes of cabins and locations they have to offer and hands down they deliver .....The wife and I are planning a trip back around Christmas time and we know where we will be staying with.....This time it's just Us if you know what I mean.... lol..... Fireside Chalets always the Best !!!!
